*this is a home-based job but the ideal candidates should resident from one of the above countries.

Do you enjoy paying clients’ visits on location throughout your country and the Europe? Are you well-versed in the application of frequency converters, servo, and have some certain experience in PLC?

Our client is a leading global provider of industrial automation solutions to OEMs and end users with business presence over the European region. At the moment, they are rapidly growing in the EU market, and they are looking for 4 experienced Service Engineers in the direction of General Automation in Italy, Spain, Hungary and Germany.

You will be:

  1. Responsible for the batch delivery and testing of devices on-site product fault service.
  2. Responsible for the overseas service center & maintenance service center development, training, optimisation and daily round.
  3. Feedback quality problems of customer and product and solve it with CQM solution.
  4. Responsible for customers’ relationship management, improve our customer satisfaction.
  5. Design the product troubleshooting guide base on the local customer requirements.
  6. Assist Commercial Engineer to manage the spare parts.

What you need:

  • Native in one of the languages (Italian, Spanish, German or Hungarian) and a good command of English.
  • Do you speak more than two languages? That’s even better!
  • Mechanical, electrical, automation and other engineering disciplines.
  • Familiar with inverter, servo, motor, PLC and other automation products.
  • Are fond of travelling, hard-working and have good communication skills and play well in teams.

  1. A very competitive base salary.
