An international company that provides IT software solutions within the healthcare sector has a fantastic new vacancy for a talented Dutch speaker to join their growing energetic customer service team. The purpose of the role is to provide an exceptional customer experience by promptly dealing with any telephone calls and emails in a helpful, professional and courteous manner. This position would be ideal for someone who is motivated by customer service and likes to exceed expectations.

Your duties will involve:

  • Delivering exceptional technical assistance, via telephone and email across the Dutch market
  • Ensuring that all enquiries via telephone and email are being responded to in a timely manner
  • Maintaining knowledge of products by keeping up to date and providing guidance and advice on the software products
  • Taking ownership of a customer problem, investigating and following it through to a solution where the customer is satisfied

About you:

The successful applicant is expected to be highly motivated and fluent in Dutch as you will be interacting with numerous customers across the Netherlands. You will be integrating in a vibrant, supportive team where you will also have the chance to develop new opportunities that will improve the customer service experience within the company. This is an exciting role for a bright Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative to be involved in a growing customer service team where you will gain invaluable experience working in an IT software organisation.

Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in a helpdesk, customer service or online support environment would be desirable
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and able to commute to Gillingham, Kent on a daily basis
