Norwegian speaking Customer Advisor

We are recruiting a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a leading customer experience operation in Cyprus. This is an excellent opportunity for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Advisor looking to develop their customer service skills within the gaming industry while enjoying a generous relocation package and performance-based rewards. 

What’s in it for you:

• Competitive salary of €1,350 gross per month, increasing to €1,400 after six months. 
• Uncapped monthly performance bonus, with average earnings of €250-300 per month. (OTE €19,900)
• Relocation support available for EU citizens moving to Cyprus. 
• Choice of relocation assistance, including a €1,500 relocation package or flight reimbursement plus temporary accommodation support. 
• Full training programme and long-term career development opportunities within an international environment. 
• 2-year contract with the possibility of moving to an indefinite contract. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver customer support via phone, email and chat channels. 
• Assist customers with account-related enquiries, including password resets and account access issues. 
• Resolve payment and billing queries efficiently and professionally. 
• Troubleshoot console and network-related issues. 
• Escalate more complex cases where necessary while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Native-level standard Norwegian (C2) and good English skills (B2 or above). 
• Strong customer service and communication abilities. 
• Interest in troubleshooting and problem-solving. 
• Previous customer service, technical support or contact centre experience is beneficial but not essential. 
• High school diploma or equivalent.
