Dutch speaking Customer Advisor

What’s in it for you:

• Base salary of €1,350 gross per month, increasing to €1,400 after six months. 
• Additional €150 gross language bonus per month. 
• Uncapped performance bonus averaging €250-300 monthly. 
• Relocation package available for EU candidates moving to Cyprus.
• Choice of a €1,500 relocation payment or temporary accommodation support and flight reimbursement. 
• Fixed Monday to Friday schedule and comprehensive training programme. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers through phone, email and chat communications. 
• Resolve account-related issues, including password and access queries. 
• Assist customers with payment and billing enquiries. 
• Troubleshoot gaming platform, console and network-related issues. 
• Escalate complex technical cases and ensure effective resolution. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Native-level standard Dutch (C2) and English at B2 level or above. 
• Strong communication and customer service skills. 
• Ability to investigate issues and provide effective solutions. 
• Experience in customer support, contact centres or technical support is desirable. 
• High school education or equivalent qualification.
