Customer Service Specialist – Slovenian & English (Remote, Poland) – Healthcare Project

Looking to build a meaningful career as a Customer Service Specialist? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing international project within the healthcare sector, supporting patients who rely on life-enhancing medical devices. As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll work fully remotely while making a real difference.

What’s on offer

  • Location: Fully remote role within Poland
  • Salary: 44 PLN gross per hour
  • Contract: Employment contract following occupational health clearance
  • Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00)
  • Training: 3 weeks, full-time in English

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Specialist with Slovenian and English

As a Customer Service Specialist with Slovenian and English, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality customer support in Slovenian and English for users of medical devices
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to blood glucose monitoring products
  • Ensure service levels and customer satisfaction targets are consistently achieved
  • Document interactions accurately using internal systems
  • Work collaboratively in an international team environment

What we’re looking for in a Customer Service Specialist with Slovenian and English

To succeed in this Customer Service Specialist with Slovenian and English role, you will have:

  • Fluency in Slovenian (C2) and good command of English (B1+)
  • A passion for customer service or previous experience as a Customer Service Specialist 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using MS Office and general computer systems
  • A proactive and motivated approach, with willingness to learn and grow
