We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager who will report directly to the Country Sales Manager.
Our client is a long term leader in the medical equipment world, with in point-of-care ultrasound and ultra high-frequency micro-ultrasound technology. With presence in Germany and expansion needed in the regions, that’s where you come in to develop their business in the Northern parts of the country, around Hamburg area.

You will be charged with all business matters within the region. You will work closely with the Clinical Applications Specialist to gain new business and expand on existing markets. Business development and client relations have no secret for you, so this role might just be the one who were seeking.

Your responsibility will include:

  • Budget analysis based on demand
  • Tailor solutions to individual business needs
  • Handling of public tenders
  • Company & product presentations
  • Contract negotiations and conclusion
  • Forecasting & reporting: order forecasting, prospect list, competition
  • Sales administration to be recorded on Sales Force.com (SFDC) – From client data, meetings to quotations & outcomes
  • Partnering and strategize with Clinical Application Specialists
  • Account management – Client relations
  • Organizing and supporting regional customer events
  • Attend regional, national and international shows/events

About you:

You are a great communicator who shows determination while staying committed to honesty & integrity. You like connecting with people and creating opportunities for others through the products and services you sell. You also currently live in the greater Hamburg area. You will be joining an international environment where the company covers over 100 countries.

Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in German (C2-level) and English (C1-level or higher), both written and spoken
  • Currently living preferably in the greater Hamburg area
  • At least three years of experience in sales, preferably within a medical devices company, experience in ultrasound medical devices would be a plus
  • Experience in selling to hospital & medical sector, also at board level
  • Current knowledge of the Point of Care medical imaging market
