Korean speaking Guest Experience Host

We are recruiting fluent Korean and English speaking Guest Experience Hosts to support an exclusive international cultural and corporate event taking place at one of London’s most prestigious luxury hotels.

This is a premium guest-facing opportunity supporting VIP guests attending a high-profile event celebrating Korean culture and heritage.

We are looking for polished, professional, and personable individuals who are confident engaging with high-profile guests and delivering exceptional service in a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a warm and professional welcome to arriving guests
• Assist attendees with the registration and arrival process
• Offer clear guidance, directions, and event-related information
• Respond to guest enquiries in a courteous and knowledgeable manner
• Provide bilingual support to Korean-speaking guests in Korean and English
• Manage and support the guest information point
• Coordinate effectively with venue staff and the wider event team
• Help ensure every guest receives a smooth, high-quality experience
• Uphold a professional, polished, and discreet approach at all times
• Support guests as they board and disembark shuttle services travelling to and from event locations
• Assist with guest transportation arrangements when vehicles are requested

Candidate Profile:

We’re seeking individuals who possess –

• Native-level standard or fluent Korean, alongside outstanding English communication skills
• Experience within luxury hospitality, live events, guest relations, corporate settings, or similar customer-facing environments
• Confidence engaging with executives, VIP attendees, and international visitors
• A sophisticated, professional appearance and demeanour
• A friendly, engaging, and service-oriented attitude
• The ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• Composure and confidence when working in fast-paced environments
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations
