As Customer Success Manager for the German speaking market, your job is to help hotel clients get the most out of the company’s platform. This includes upselling premium tools and integrations such as guest communication, revenue management, accounting, point-of-sale, and door lock systems. This is a self-employed position for 12 months with potential for permanent employment after this period.
Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge
- Identify upsell opportunities based on client needs
- Work with the sales team on customised offers
- Present feature demos, especially for payment facilities
- Stay informed on product features, competitors, and pricing
Client Relationships
- Act as the main contact for hotel clients
- Hold regular meetings to review progress and satisfaction
- Provide training to ensure product adoption
- Use feedback to improve client experience
Retention
- Handle client concerns proactively
- Build trust and long-term relationships
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English (Portuguese would also be an advantage)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in SaaS or hospitality is a plus
- Comfortable leading conversations and upselling
- Able to prioritise tasks in a fast-moving environment
