A fast-growing international IT consultancy firm is looking for a Dutch speaking Business Developer who will be responsible for generating new business in the Netherlands as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal Business Developer will have a background in IT Recruitment or Software development, with solid outbound sales and lead generation experience. The company is working on a hybrid model with 3 days in the Central London office and 2 days working from home.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising and selling services to B2B customers
  • Prospecting and generating leads in the Dutch market
  • Managing the whole sales cycle from prospecting, negotiating contracts, to closing the deal
  • Attending virtual and in-person networking events
  • Analysing the market to build up a portfolio of new customers

About you:

The ideal candidate will be a confident and independent sales/business development professional, preferably with experience in a start-up. The right candidate must be fluent in Dutch, who is driven by challenge and is unafraid to constantly push themselves. Profile:

  • Fluent in English and Dutch, written and spoken
  • Previous experience in Sales or Business Development, in the Dutch market and ideally in a similar industry (IT recruitment, Umbrella Company).
  • Must have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to generate leads and build client relationships
  • Solid project management and time management skills
  • A can-do attitude, team spirit, and strong motivation to succeed
