Customer Service Specialist with German (On-site → Hybrid)
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (on-site for first 6 months, hybrid thereafter)
Salary: €1,750 gross/month + up to 10% performance bonus
Signing Bonus: €1,000 gross (€500 after training + €100/month for 5 months)
Relocation Package: €260 gross/month for the first 3 months
Start Date: 15 June
Working Hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00–22:00 (shift-based)
- Saturday: 09:00–19:00
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers via social media channels, handling pre-sales, post-sales queries, and technical issues
- Respond to customer enquiries within agreed service levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
- Identify and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams or senior staff
- Accurately log all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records
- Communicate clearly and professionally in line with brand tone, both written and verbal
- Handle correspondence and administrative tasks as required
- Research solutions using product documentation and internal systems
- Manage workload efficiently while meeting KPIs for quality, productivity, and compliance
- Operate across multiple systems to resolve customer cases
- Adapt quickly to updates, changes in policies, and new product launches
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent German (C1 minimum)
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or consumer care
- Strong communication skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Experience handling complaints or escalations is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Minimum typing speed of 20 WPM
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must be based in Sofia or willing to relocate
- Must hold a valid Bulgarian Tax Identification Number (NRA)
