German speaking Customer Service Advisor

In this role, you’ll handle calls and enquiries from German customers, guiding them through services, answering questions, and helping them secure their bookings.

About the Role:

We’re looking for fluent German speakers to join our client’s growing team in Málaga. In this role, you will support a well known international hotel brand by handling inbound inquiries, providing excellent service, and converting calls into bookings.
Your main responsibility will be sales-focused, closing reservations and maximising booking opportunities, while also delivering high quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails in German, providing clear and friendly assistance.
• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings for a major hotel chain.
• Offer personalised support by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options.
• Resolve questions efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.

About You:

• Fluent in German (C1+) and English (B2+).
• Strong communication skills with a customer first mentality.
• Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
• Able to multitask, stay organised, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not essential.
