A fast-growing international SaaS company is seeking a German speaking Customer Support Consultant to join their support team. This role centres on delivering high-quality technical assistance and ensuring a seamless experience for users engaging with our software platform. You’ll be part of a global team and focus on supporting German speaking clients across various markets. This is a self-employed position for 12 months with potential for permanent employment after this period.

What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Support & Relationship Management
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and discussion forums with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Deliver responsive and thoughtful support while identifying needs and pre-empting future queries
  • Follow internal escalation processes to ensure timely resolution and track outcomes
  • Meet weekly engagement metrics focused on user satisfaction and retention

Onboarding & Service Recovery:

  • Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition into support
  • Engage empathetically with dissatisfied users to understand concerns and work toward resolution
  • Proactively address behaviours signalling platform attrition and work cross-functionally to retain users

What You’ll Bring:

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer support, technical support, or service-oriented roles
  • Comfortable working across various digital systems (full training provided)
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a user-first approach

Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with SaaS environments or technical platforms
  • Prior customer-facing experience in high-volume support settings
