Do you love travelling and want to have an abroad working experience in a vibrant city with a great climate? An industry leading electronics company require technically minded Advisors to join a growing team in Portugal. You will be taking calls and enquiries from German customers regarding the client’s products.

Your responsibility will include:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide expert product knowledge, offering accurate details on drone features, specifications, and usage.
  • Assist with product setup and troubleshooting, ensuring customers can easily operate their products.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including problems with hardware, software, and accessories.
  • Process orders efficiently, handling returns, exchanges, and customer requests with care.
  • Monitor and update customers on order status, keeping them informed throughout the purchasing process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, including the latest drone models and software developments.
  • Offer personalised recommendations, helping customers choose products that best fit their needs.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction, consistently exceeding service quality expectations.
  • Gather feedback and provide insights, contributing to product and service improvements.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (at least C1-C2 level) and English (B2)
  • Know how to use MS Office
  • Can multi-task, being able to handle calls while navigating through systems
  • Experience in technical customer support
