German or French B2B Marketing Specialist

We are partnering with a leading international organisation to recruit a talented German or French Speaking B2B Strategic Marketing Specialist to join their European Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with regional directors, BDMs, and channel teams to identify market opportunities and campaign priorities.
• Creating marketing assets, including video content, case studies, and digital collateral, to support sales and channel initiatives.
• Managing the end-to-end development of campaigns—from concept through production, promotion, and performance reporting.
• Planning, coordinating, and executing key B2B events and initiatives across European markets.
• Supporting PR and communications efforts to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
• Analysing campaign performance and providing insights to inform future strategies.
• Liaising with alliance partners and internal teams to deliver marketing initiatives on a Pan-European scale.

About You:

You are a proactive, creative, and results-driven French or German speaking marketing professional with experience in B2B and IT/Technology marketing. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy bringing ideas to life through innovative campaigns.

Essential Skills & Experience:
 

• Fluency in English and either German or French, written and spoken, is mandatory for the role.
• Degree or equivalent in a business-related discipline.
• Strong B2B marketing experience
• Experience in working in the IT/Technical industry is a must 
• Experience in campaign development, video content creation, email marketing, and PR communications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, planning, and analytical skills.
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
