About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth across the Dutch market. Your focus will be on developing long‑term partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the expansion of our consulting footprint.

You will:

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across multiple industries.
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored project management and PMO solutions.
  • Lead bid preparation, commercial proposals, and strategic account plans.
  • Collaborate closely with consulting teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, events, and industry forums.
  • Monitor market trends to help shape our service offering and growth strategy.

This is a high‑visibility role where you will directly contribute to the company’s continued success in the Netherlands.

You bring:

  • Experience in business development, account management, or commercial consulting.
  • A strong interest in project management, transformation, or technology-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Fluent English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
  • Based in the Netherlands and able to travel to client sites when required.
