• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Deliver product training and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify opportunities to grow and develop existing client accounts.
• Support sales and marketing activities that contribute to business growth.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
