We are recruiting an Administrative Assistant to join our client’s Quality, Safety, Environment and Security team in an international, technical environment. This flexible Administrative Assistant role is ideal for someone organised, proactive and confident working in English, with Dutch as a strong advantage. This role is part time on a 20 hour per week basis, initially until the end of 2026 however may be extended. You can schedule your working hours throughout the week and you will be working from the client’s offices in Petten, the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and update Quality Management documents as an Administrative Assistant
  • Maintain templates and draft service requests (including standby duty)
  • Organise, review and archive internal documentation
  • Provide general administrative support within the team
  • Help structure and improve document workflows

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant (or similar)
  • Post-secondary education in administration, communication or related
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Fluent English (B2); Dutch desirable for this Administrative Assistant role
  • Proactive, reliable and able to work independently and in a team

This Administrative Assistant opportunity offers flexible hours and the chance to develop your experience in Quality Management while using your English (and ideally Dutch) skills daily.
