A unique opportunity has opened for an experienced Turkish-speaking Senior Sales Manager to join a world-leading luxury aviation company.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business sales across Türkiye, focusing on high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and aircraft owners. You will identify and develop new opportunities while managing and growing long-term client relationships within a highly exclusive market.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, commercially driven sales professional looking to represent a globally recognised brand within private aviation. The role is based in Istanbul, Türkiye. 
Please note that this position is offered on a full-time basis as a Freelance Contractor. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating new business through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and closing high-value sales
  • Promoting and representing luxury aviation products including fractional ownership, leases, and jet card programmes
  • Building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and aircraft owners
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to post-sale handover
  • Collaborating closely with Account Executives and Owner Services teams to ensure exceptional client experience
  • Retaining and growing existing client relationships, including renewals, upgrades, and add-ons
  • Maintaining accurate client and pipeline data using Salesforce and internal systems
  • Preparing detailed sales reports, forecasts, and territory business plans

About you:

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with extensive experience in luxury sales and a strong understanding of the Turkish market. You will have a proven track record of working with high-net-worth clients and consistently exceeding sales targets.
You will be confident in building long-term relationships, commercially astute, and passionate about delivering exceptional service within a premium environment.

Profile:

  • Fluent in Turkish and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong professional experience, with a background in a luxury sales role is a must for the role
  • Proven background in Business Development and high-value direct sales
  • Strong knowledge of the Turkish market and competitive landscape
  • Experience selling to high-net-worth individuals 
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and achieving targets
  • Highly self-driven, adaptable, and results-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
