Inside Sales Representative

Become part of an energetic, globally minded team that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence. We’re seeking a proactive Inside Sales Representative to strengthen customer engagement and streamline internal processes in a full-time, permanent role.

About the job:

• Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for clients, managing communications and providing technical, logistical, and commercial support
• Order Validation: Ensure accuracy and completeness of order details before confirmation
• After-Sales Service: Coordinate returns and complaints with internal departments for timely resolution
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent service
• Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing sales administration systems and reporting

About you:

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in B2B or industrial/maintenance sectors
• Strong interpersonal, written, and commercial communication skills
• Comfortable with IT tools; Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and operational English
