Are you an organised and responsible professional with experience in banking administration? Our client, a highly respected international bank, is looking for a temporary administrator to join their London office as an administrator. This role offers the chance to support Relationship Managers working with high-net-worth (HNW) clients in a dynamic and prestigious environment.

This is a full-time office-based position for 1–3 months, with an immediate start.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative support as a team assistant.
  • Coordinate diaries, schedule meetings, and prepare documentation for client interactions.
  • Assist with onboarding and ongoing administration for private banking clients.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Deliver high-quality work under pressure, maintaining discretion and professionalism.

Profile:

  • Proven experience as an administrator or team assistant within the banking or private banking sector.
  • Highly organised, reliable, and responsible with excellent attention to detail.
  • Arabic language skills preferred, though other languages will also be considered.
