Our client is a well-known international organisation within the fashion industry, who are seeking for a talented Wholesale Customer Service Assistant to be a part of their multilingual team in London!
Within this role you will be responsible providing first-class wholesale customer service. You will be dealing with a wide range of B2B customers via telephone and email, as well monitoring orders and ensuring all enquiries are dealt in a timely manner. In this role you will be managing all product enquiries and keeping key accounts up to date on any outstanding orders. It is required for you to have strong communication and logistics skills as you will be dealing with a wide range of customers and different divisions in the company.
