Vendor Operations Specialist

Due to strong sales performance and growth, our client – a leading multinational fashion company – is looking for an Operations Specialist/Vendor Compliance Coordinator on a permanent basis. The role will be a combination of working remotely and working from the office, with flexible working hours. The client can offer sponsorship for candidates who do not have a settled/pre-settled status. In this position you would be responsible for coordinating the Customer Service and International Account teams with projects and reports.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining vendor compliance records for the company’s brands
• Supporting several departments on the compliance processes for Distribution Centres across the UK and Europe
• Supporting on customer service projects
• Leading on activities related to logistics for the EMEA region

About you:

In order to succeed in this role, it is essential for you to have experience using SAP and Excel. In this thrilling opportunity you will be involved in a motivated and friendly multilingual team. Profile:

• Knowledge of SAP/BW
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
