Trilingual speaking Customer Service Executive

Our client, a leading international organisation within the manufacture, product design, is currently looking for a Trilingual speaking Customer Service Executive with strong language skills in Swedish and Norwegian, Danish or Finnish, to join their dynamic and growing customer services team. This role is a fixed term contract, lasting 6 months.

You will be working in a multilingual team and dealing with a wide range of enquiries including order processing, answering all emails, external and internal calls and providing advice on the products. As a Trilingual speaking Customer Service Executive you would be required to offer high quality customer service at all times whilst consistently liaising with all internal departments as well as external. You are required to have exceptional communication and strong language skills (Swedish and Norwegian, Danish or Finnish) with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, have attention to detail and the willingness to progress within the company.

Profile

  • Fluent in Swedish and Norwegian, Danish or Finnish to a native level, both written and spoken
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Solid experience in handling inbound and outbound telephone calls, responding to client/customer queries via telephone or e-mail
  • Proven experience working in a customer support, order processing, order fulfilment, customer services or client support environment
  • Excellent communication organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Keen interest in product design
  • Proven team player that has a keen willingness to learn new things and interpersonal skills
