Our client is a recruitment search company operating in the IT industry and is actively looking to add a Swedish or Danish speaking Recruitment Manager to their successful international team. The company offers a rewarding and challenging position with international exposure and a rapid path to progression.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance
- Managing key accounts as well as proactively building relationships with prospective clients
- Contributing in growing and developing the business
- Liaising with candidates and ensuring all candidates receive a positive recruitment experience
The successful candidate will be a great communicator and will have excellent team management and problem-solving skills. It is essential for you to speak fluent Swedish or Danish and to have solid experience in the recruitment industry. Do you have previous experience as a Recruitment Manager or solid experience in the recruitment industry and do you want to take a step into management? Then this could be the role for you!
- Required to be fluent in Swedish or Danish, both written and spoken
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Solid experience as a Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Coordinator
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Ability to work to tight timelines and able to produce high quality work whilst under pressure
- Proven organisational and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic, target-oriented and driven
