We are working with an exciting designer furniture company who have a stylish and modern brand which is expanding globally. They are in need of a team of Swedish or Danish speaking customer care advisors to start ASAP on a 3 month project which may become permanent.

As a customer service executive with fluent Swedish or Danish you will provide seamless customer care support for individual customers via telephone, email and social media. There will be a solid amount of training provided on the products and services and you will learn new programs and systems. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who likes to communicate with people and solve problems.

The role is temporary initially however it may turn permanent after 3 months. The company offers continuous opportunities to grow and expand skills alongside professional development.   • Fluency in Swedish or Danish and English
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Possess a professional, helpful and friendly telephone manner
  • Demonstrate initiative and a proactive attitude along with the flexibility and willingness to work as a team member
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, ability to prioritise work
