A Central London-based online technology business with close ties to the corporate world is looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Client Services Executive with an interest in the world of online technology to provide technical product support to Spanish speaking clients. Due to the company being open 24/7, the current shift available is Monday to Friday from 1 PM to 10 PM. The company is working partially from home and partially from the office.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the main point of contact for multiple client projects and independently offering advice via phone, email and in person
  • Managing and hosting multiple client trainings on a daily basis, face-to-face as well as online
  • Providing first-class post-sales services to a demanding client base and effectively identifying and anticipating clients’ needs
  • Monitoring progress and ensuring projects are delivered in an accurate and timely manner

About you:

The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented, detail-oriented self-starter who has the ability to multitask and work under pressure. You would be provided with full training and the role is an excellent opportunity for a bright, commercially-minded person with the drive and ambition to succeed who is happy to work evening shifts Monday to Friday from 1 PM to 10 PM. To apply for this position, you must speak fluent Spanish and have previous B2B experience in a client or customer contact role, ideally in the fintech or SaaS industry.

Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in a client services or project management role
  • A background in B2B is essential, ideally in the fintech or SaaS industry
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple client relationships in a high-demand business
  • Ability to service clients effectively and host client meetings, presentations and training sessions in a face-to-face as well as online environment
  • Proven experience working under pressure in a deadline-driven work environment
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A polite, confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Proficient IT skills, including MS Office
  • Self-starter and able to work independently, but also a strong team player
  • Adaptable and have the flexibility to cover other shifts when required (weekends, holiday cover)
