Senior HR Specialist (ER) French speaking

A leading bio-pharmaceutical company is looking for a Senior HR Specialist (ER) French speaking to join their HR team in Stockley Park. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, focusing on Employee Relations (ER) support in the UK and various international locations, with a particular emphasis on the French market. This role is integral to our strategic initiatives and will report to the Head of International Employee Relations.

Location: Stockley Park, UK
Pay: £30-£40 p/h DOE
Start: 02.09

Role Overview: Senior HR Specialist to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert on ER issues, including performance management, internal investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, severance, redundancy, and HR policies.
• Provide advice and support to employees, managers, leaders, and HR.
• Support business change processes, including acquisitions and reorganisations.
• Offer insight and interpretation on employment principles, complex ER issues, performance management, workplace investigations, and critical incident management.
• Proactively review, revise, and recommend ER policies.
• Collaborate across functions and departments, including Legal, for advice and decisions on employee relations matters.
• Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders in HR and the business.
• Facilitate training and workshops on key HR policies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in French.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about health-care.
• Available to start quickly.
