Our client is looking for a German and/or Dutch speaking Senior Customer Support to support the Customer Service team to deliver exceptional customer service, fostering product expertise and managing complex escalations
The contract will be starting with 12 months contract, then going to permanent.

You excel in communication and relationship-building, with the ability to play a vital part in the customer service team, being the right-hand to the manager and supporting the team with training. You thrive in a high-tech, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. In this full-time position you will join a multicultural office and have the chance to work one day per week from home.
