Rituals Customer Relations Agent

Looking for a job where you can start immediately and work until the end of the year? We are currently actively recruiting for Rituals, and they need you to join their team as a Swedish or German speaking Customer Relations Representative to help them provide the best service and experience to their customers during the peak season. So, join the team and provide the best support in this remote job!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting customers via email, social media channels and phone
• Spotting sales opportunities and recommending the right products
• Assisting customers, but also inspiring them and letting your creativity flow
• Helping colleagues and supporting with other ad hoc tasks that may come up

About you:

You are an independent but social person who is able to create the best customer experience without needing a script to do so. You are familiar with Rituals as a brand. This role will require you to work from home, so you need to have a comfortable (private) spot with a good internet connection to work. You are available for a minimum of 20 hours per week and working in the evenings and/or weekends if needed is not a problem for you. Profile:

• Required to be fluent in Swedish or German (C2-level) and English (C1-level or higher), both written and spoken
• Available for 20 – 40 hours per week with flexible availability (evenings and weekends, for instance)
• Available to start on short notice and can work until the 31st of December (extension possible)
• The role is remote (within the Netherlands!), but for training & laptop pick up you are available to come to their HQ in Amsterdam
