Returns Administrator

Within this role you will be responsible providing first line return service for the operations department. This includes managing all products being returned and ensuring the return process is being followed. As part of your role you will be monitoring orders and ensuring all enquiries are dealt in a timely manner. It is required for you to have strong communication skills, as you will be dealing with a wide range of customers and different divisions in the company. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and an additional language (Dutch, French, Italian or German) would be desirable, not essential.

Profile

  • Required to be fluent in English, both written and spoken with an additional language (Dutch, German, French or Italian, desirable, but not essential)
  • Previous skills in handling returns, processing returns, accurately logging stock levels and ensure returns are dealt with according to company policy
  • Previous experience working as a Returns Adminstrator, Customer Service Representative, Logistics Coordinator or Client Support Executive
  • Experience within the fashion industry is desirable
  • Have a keen interest in fashion, luxury or retail industry is desirable
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Strong communication skills, able to work well in a fast paced environment dealing with a high volume of returns
