One of the largest medical technology companies in the world has an exciting vacancy for a Norwegian speaker to join their customer support team in Watford. The successful applicant will be responding to enquiries from customers concerning medical devices and services in a helpful, professional and emphatic manner. The client provides all necessary equipment, on-boarding and training to be able to work remotely as a hybrid model will be in place after the training (2 days from the office and the rest from home). Working hours are Monday to Friday / 7 – 15:30h.

Required to be fluent in Norwegian to a native level, both written and spoken
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in a customer service, customer support or help desk role would be desirable
Experience or knowledge of medical equipment and an interest in the healthcare industry is a plus
