On behalf of an international client we are looking for a Norwegian speaking Customer Service Representative to join their new team. The client has offices in Daventry and Basildon and it is required that you can commute to either of these offices. You can work from home 4 days per week and some weeks fully remote depending on which days and hours you work. In this role you will be providing an outstanding customer experience and will aim to resolve customers’ queries at first point of contact.

The ideal candidate will be a reliable, customer-oriented individual who has a positive can-do attitude with excellent Norwegian language skills. For this role it is important that you are able to handle enquiries for customers and can stay calm in challenging situations. You will be required to work from the Daventry or Basildon office maximum 1 day per week and is where you will be part of a friendly, multilingual team.
