Norwegian speaking Customer Relations Representative

Norwegian speakers needed! Our client is active in the within the beauty/well-being industry and has a passion for creating unique experiences, but they cannot do that alone. They need you to join their team as a Norwegian speaking Customer Relations Representative to help them provide the best service and experience to they customers. So are you looking

Your responsibility will include:

• Supporting customers via email, social media channels and phone
• Spotting sales opportunities, recommending the right products per case
• You will help and interact, but also inspire and let your creativity out with the customers
• Helping out colleagues and other ad-hoc tasks that can come up

About you:

You are someone who is high on energy, very enthusiastic and eager to deliver the best service possible to customers. Next to this, you also spot out sales opportunities when they appear. In this way, you deliver the best experience possible. You are also a flexible person; working hours for this role will be with shifts between 08:00 – 21:00 from Monday – Sunday and may change when required to match the business needs. This also includes bank holidays, meaning 100% flexibility is required for this position. Benefits include fresh fruit, free snacks and 20% discount on the products of our client.

Profile:

• Excellent skills in Norwegian (C2-level) and English (C1-level or higher), both written and spoken
• Previous experience in a customer service related position
• Flexible available between 24 – 40 hours per week (the more the better)
• Good communicator, energetic person and not scared to communicate with anyone
• Available to start on short notice from the Amsterdam office of our client
