Japanese speaking Administrator

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Japanese speaking Administrator (Clinical Trial) to join a global organisation which provides exceptional service within the pharmaceuticals industry. They are now looking for a talented Japanese speaking Administrator, to join their dynamic and friendly team in Buckinghamshire!

As an Japanese speaking Administrator you will be responsible for the queries relating to the client documentations, dealing with re-filing when required, preparing all documents for scanning. As part of your role you will also be managing the general admin tasks, researching and supporting other departments when needed. It is essential to have exceptional communication and organisational skills to communicate clearly and effectively.

This is an entry-level position. It is a fantastic opportunity for a graduated Japanese speaking Administrator (Clinical Trials) to be part of a global organisation and develop your core skills! If you can tick off that you speak fluent Japanese, have experience in admin and are proactive and motivated then this is a great job for you!

Profile

  • Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in data-entry
  • Previous experience as a Administrator, Team Assistant or Administration Assistant
  • Strong IT skills, Microsoft, Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Able to work in a fast passed environment and keep deadlines
  • Proactive, motivated and multi-task
  • Team player
