Italian speaking Executive Assistant

A highly motivated, dynamic and committed Executive Assistant with fluency in English and Italian is required to provide a high standard of comprehensive administrative support to one of the most senior Board Members of a global, blue-chip organisation, based in Central London.

You will be their right-hand man/woman; ensuring that all administrative matters are treated in a timely and confidential manner to the highest level of professionalism, efficiency and accuracy whilst ensuring this successful, global leader successful is kept abreast of their ever-changing schedules and itineraries. Your main responsibilities will be in line with the traditional responsibilities of an Executive Assistant (inbox and diary management, coordinating complex international travel itineraries, meetings across multiple time zones) and becoming involved with company projects and providing seamless translation support between Italian and English and French if you have additional fluency in French; making this a fantastic opportunity for an Italian speaking Executive Personal Assistant to hit the ground running in a global, ever-changing, multinational environment whilst ensuring that all administrative matters are treated in a timely and confidential manner to the highest level of professionalism, efficiency and accuracy.

This Executive Assistant role requires a business savvy, forward thinking and resourceful PA/EA with a strong work ethos and experience supporting a Senior Director/ Chairman/ Board member / CEO/ C-level of a global, multinational organisation. Fluency in English and Italian is incredibly important as is first class communication skills! If you have additional fluency in French this would be highly desirable however not essential.


  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English to mother tongue level
  • Additional fluency in French is desirable however not essential
  • Extensive PA/Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant/ EA/Team Assistant/ Team Secretary Business Assistant /Management Assistant experience from a corporate environment
  • Experience of supporting Senior Director(s)/ Board member (s)/ Chairmen/CEO/COO or at C-level of multinational / blue-chip organisations
  • Proven experience of working in fast- paced, corporate, global, multinational environments
  • Understanding how to approach and work closely with Senior Directors and Stakeholders
  • Discrete and trustworthy; able to handle business, personal information with the highest level of confidence
  • Ability to work to multiple deadlines in demanding, ever-changing environments
  • Able to adapt quickly to changes, handle multiple tasks, and prioritise
  • Impeccable organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent translation skills using Italian / English (and French)
  • Adaptable, flexible and dedicated with a strong work ethos
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
