Italian speaking Executive Assistant/ Office Manager

A highly organised Executive Assistant with prefect fluency in Italian and impeccable communication skills is sought after the join a boutique investment firm who specialise sustainable investment.

The role entails both PA and Office Management responsibilities. Whilst undertaking the role of Office Manager your core area of responsibility will be to provide seamless administrative support to the firms extremely busy CEO/founder. Core responsibilities will include for managing the CEO’s very busy schedule which includes complex diary and inbox management, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing travel itineraries and processing expenses whilst also managing external communication with their VIP clients in Italian. You will also be involved in preparing presentations, organising events whilst also handling certain personal matters on behalf of the CEO.

This is a great opportunity for an Italian speaking Executive Assistant/PA to join a friendly, busy office with scope to get involved in research and company projects therefore if you have a keen interest in finance and economics this would be advantageous owing to the business. You will need to be resilient, display a degree of autonomy whilst being able using sound judgement and have a demonstrable set of problem-solving skills and have previous experience to supporting CEOs.


  • First class written and verbal communications skills in Italian and English
  • Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, EA, PA or Office Manager
  • Proven experience of supporting busy Managing Directors/ CEOs / Founders in a PA or EA capacity
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills, adaptable, approachable, reliable, flexible, diligent, discreet
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to manage your workload whilst juggling multiple tasks simultaneously within a short time frames.
  • Numerate with excellent IT and research skills
  • Background or a keen interest in finance and economics
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
