Italian speaking Executive Assistant

A successful, pan-European private equity firm is looking for a highly organised, polished Executive Assistant with prefect fluency in Italian and impeccable communication skills to provide seamless administrative support to the firms charming founder. It is preferred if you also speak fluent Spanish as well as Italian although this is not a prerequisite.

You will be responsible for managing the founders’ heavy dairy and inbox, scheduling meetings and appointments, arranging detailed travel itineraries and visas, processing expenses, preparing presentations, organising events whilst also handling certain personal matters on their behalf. Overtime/ out of hours support may be required however this is extremely minimal. This is a great EA opportunity to join an established international environment and to support a delightful managing partner and become part of a supportive and collaborative team of multilingual assistants.

The ideal Italian speaking Executive Assistant will possess a proven PA/EA track record of working in a similar, fast-paced environment i.e. private equity, venture capital, roadshow or a Top 3 management consultancy with the ability to demonstrate excellent coordination and multitasking skills (as there is strong focus on travel coordination in this role). You will need to be resilient, display a degree of autonomy whilst being able using sound judgement and have a demonstrable set of problem-solving skills.


  • First class written and verbal communications skills in Italian and English
  • Additional fluent written and spoken Spanish language skills are preferred
  • Previous experience working at Board member/CEO/Director level as a bilingual Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, EA, PA or Senior Secretary
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills, adaptable, approachable, reliable, flexible, diligent, discreet
  • Excellent organisational skills providing executive assistant support at CEO / Director / Board member level in Italian, Spanish and English
  • Solid experience of working in a fast-paced private equity, venture capital or roadshow environments
  • Able to manage your own workload as needed whilst juggling multiple tasks simultaneously within a short time frames.
  • Excellent secretarial skills including typing, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and numerical skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
