An exciting position has arisen for a talented bilingual Customer Service Representative to join an international successful travel company! They are looking for a talented, ambitious, outgoing Icelandic or Danish speaker to join their multilingual team in central Manchester.
As part of your role, you will be managing a wide range of customer service in your native language, dealing with inbound calls, responding emails and live chat with customers abroad, as well as general administrative duties. Therefore you must be a customer orientated individual with a proven background in Customer Service. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, take initiative in taking challenging tasks, speak fluently Icelandic or Danish and have superb problem solving skills.
