Our client, who is active in the within the beauty/wellbeing industry, is currently looking for a German speaking Team Leader Customer Relations to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for a team of Customer Relation Agents and you will motivate, develop and inspire in this role.
Your responsibility will include:
You are someone who is high on energy, very enthusiastic and eager to deliver the best service possible to customers. Next to this, you are a people manager who is very good at developing, motivating and inspiring your team of approx. 15 agents. You are also a flexible person; working hours for this role will be with shifts between 08:00 – 21:00 from Monday – Sunday for the agents meaning you will also partly match the agent’s rota.
