German speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a German speaker to join a growing team based in Watford. A well-known company within the fashion and retail industry is looking for German speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist. This position is offered as a temporary contract. The company head office is based in Watford, where they have invested in a brand new multimillion pound state of the art building. The company also offers some great benefits such as subsidised gym, canteen, discounts and more.
You would be in the office for 1-2 days per week (after training period).

You will be working closely with the TA Team in Germany, assisting with current resourcing needs, supporting with administrative recruitment tasks, sourcing candidates, managing candidates through the candidate lifecycle and stakeholder engagement.

Role:

* German speaking Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner.
* £16 – £20 p/h – 37.5 hours per week.
* Immediately start – 2-3 month contract.
* Hybrid work pattern – 1-2 days in office.
* Detail-oriented, organised, confident and self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate on-boarding.
* Coordinate interviews, communicate with applicants, and maintain a database of potential candidates.
* Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Provide administrative support for various HR initiatives.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related administrative role.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication abilities and a team-player attitude.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluency in German and English to a professional standard.
