We are looking for experienced German speaking Talent Acquisition Partner on 2-3 month contract. You will be working closely with the TA Team in Germany, assisting with current resourcing needs, supporting with administrative recruitment tasks, sourcing candidates, managing candidates through the candidate lifecycle and stakeholder engagement. Previous experience in recruiting within German speaking markets is required.
Role:
- German speaking Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner.
- £300-£400 daily rate.
- Immediately start – 2-3 month contract.
- Fully remote
- Detail-oriented, organised, confident, and self-motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews, communicate with applicants, and maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Provide administrative support for various HR initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication abilities and a team-player attitude.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in German and English to a professional standard.
