German speaking Sales Agent

A German-speaking Sales Agent is urgently needed to join a fast-growing European Freight ferry Ticketing agency to support the DACH market. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting transport companies in Germany to sell the services and provide a quotation, while delivering a high-quality customer service experience. The role can be based in their offices in Preston or can be done fully remotely should the location be at a not commutable distance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Finding and qualifying leads
• Proving quotations and explaining service pricing
• Managing and updating the CRM system
• Managing bookings and liaising with other departments, including customer service
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

About you:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and professional individual, to be part of a multi-cultural team and support the business in its growth. The right candidate for the role must be fluent in German and English, ideally with previous experience in Sales or Customer Service role, who is looking to establish a career in Sales.

Profile:

• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken, is a must for the role
• Previous experience in a Sales/Telesales/Direct Sales is highly desirable
• A good communicator, with a professional telephone manner and can-do attitude
• A proactive approach towards achieving targets
• Proven skills in using Ms Office, and ideally a CRM system
