German speaking Reservation Agent

One of the largest international Hotel Groups is currently looking for a German speaking Reservation Agent. As a Reservation Agent – German speaking you will join a team in an open, fun and international environment in their head office in Central London.

In this role you will be providing outstanding customer service to clients in the German speaking countries which involves assisting customers with several queries and arrange bookings for accommodation requests. You will be ensuring that all guests’ requirements are communicated accurately to the operational teams

The ideal candidate will have gained first-hand experience within a customer service or hospitality related industry, and will be looking to develop within a multinational company.


  • Fluency in German and English
  • Previous experience working in a customer or hospitality related environment is desired
  • IT Proficiency
  • Customer focus and Team player attitude
