A fantastic opportunity has opened for a talented German speaking Events Administrator to join a successful global organisation which specialises in mergers and acquisitions in Central London. This is an entry-level position for a bright German speaker who has a keen interest in the administrative side of events and wants to progress and expand their skills in an exciting environment. Interviews will take place in June and the start date is expected to be mid-July. You will be required to work from the office in London, where Covid-19 safety guidelines are in place.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing the administrative side of events from inception to closing across the German speaking region
  • Managing the CRM, editing images and videos and uploading content to the website
  • Researching any potential new marketing activities to grow the German market
  • Supporting with various administrative tasks

About you:

The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented, self-motivated, committed and proactive individual with German language skills to a native level. It is important that you are confident and able to communicate clearly and effectivity on the phone as well as via email. As a German speaking Events administrator, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have superb problem-solving skills and have the ability to multitask. This is an exciting administrative-heavy role in a highly dynamic team within a corporate international organisation.

Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in German to a native level, both written and spoken
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Degree and/or relevant work experience in administration
  • Experience in marketing or content management is desirable
  • Experience with CRM system or management software
  • Keen interest in marketing
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Great team player
