German speaking HR and Payroll Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a German speaking HR and Payroll Coordinator to join an international fashion retailer in Birmingham! You will be a part of a well-established organisation where you will be providing superb HR support while utilising your German language skills.

This role requires a skilful German speaking HR Coordinator with experience in providing HR support and taking initiative in all aspects. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the day to day administration of the HR department by assisting with all kinds of queries. As part of your role you will be preparing payroll, managing and supporting recruitment activities as well providing HR support and payroll activities for the German division in Germany. It is essential for you to have an eye for detail, take initiative in addressing challenging tasks and subsequently aim to progress within the company. You must have a proven background working in an HR department and be able to work well in a fast paced environment.

Profile

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience working as an HR Coordinator, HR Advisor, HR Administrator, HR Office Manager, HR Consultant or in Personnel is mandatory
  • Experience of payroll
  • Able to commute to Birmingham on a daily basis
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills, (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Organised, team-player, accurate, friendly
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail, ability to work independently
