German speaking Editor (graduate)

A unique opportunity has arisen for a graduated German speaking Editor to join an outstanding publishing firm with a head office in London who are expanding their multilingual research team. This international publication is very successful within the DACH region; hence they are looking for a German speaking Editor to join them in the beginning of February 2019.

In this role you will be responsible for finding new information via face-to-face and telephone interviews, and summarise your findings to be published. It is therefore essential for you to have strong analytic skills, as you will be doing in-depth research of leading firms. As a German speaking Editor it is vital for you to have exceptional communication and written skills. There will be occasional overseas travel as there will be required for you to help with the research and writing.

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Outstanding writing skills in both languages
  • Experience in researching, analysing
  • Proven writing skills through degree that requires essay writing (English Literature, German Literature, Journalism, History, European Studies, Languages, Translation, Linguistics etc)
  • Well-presented, confident professional
  • Great communication skills
  • Able to start in beginning of February 2019
