German speaking Customer Service & Social Media Co-Ordinator

This organisation is seeking a skilled Social Media Co-ordinator with German to a native level to join their fun, dynamic and friendly team in Liverpool!

You will be dealing with a wide range of customers via telephone, providing product information, managing orders and dealing with all enquiries in a timely manner. Additionally you will be responsible for Social Media by writing content, uploading blogs, translating content into German, troubleshooting the e-commerce system and provide support to the managers. It is essential for you to have strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast paced environment. You will be working closely with the managers and provide weekly reports.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a German speaker with Customer Service and Social Media experience to get involved in a friendly, creative, outgoing team! You will have the chance to progress within the company and develop your skillsets. Profile

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in Online Marketing, Social media and Digital Marketing
  • Proven experience within an e-commerce or B2C environment
  • Proven experience within a customer service role, customer support, or customer advisor
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and independently
  • Have strong IT skills, Microsoft programs
  • Great communication, written and organisational skills
  • Be an excellent team player
  • Able to work in Liverpool
