Would you like to join a Central London-based, well-established international financial services/fintech company that operates in due diligence, where you would be dealing with the European and UK market? They are looking for an experienced German speaking Client Executive to join on a 12-months contract their Corporate Client Services/Shareholder Relations/Proxy Voting team to take good care of their high-profile clients, via phone and email.

The company is based in Canary Wharf in Central London, the hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and the salary is £35,000 per annum basic. You also have the potential to earn an extra £5,000 if you are able to work some overtime, although this is not required. The role is to start ASAP, working with a hybrid scheme home/office for a 12 months contract.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing product support and being the main point of contact for German and English speaking clients
  • Ensuring all emails and telephone calls are accurately responded to
  • Providing a world-class service delivery to all clients in relation to their global proxy voting requirements
  • Ensuring that all elements of their proxy voting requirements are addressed promptly and professionally

About you:

The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy individual with strong problem-solving skills and excellent German language skills. You would be provided with full training and the role is an excellent opportunity for a bright, commercially-minded person with drive and ambition. Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in a client services role
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Proven proficiency in managing client queries, driving high client satisfaction results and overall client advocacy
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple client relationships in a high-demand and fast-paced business
  • Computer-literate with strong troubleshooting skills
  • An interest in technology is essential
  • A polite, confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Collaborative team player
