German speaking Client Service Representative

A global organisation is now looking for a German speaking Client Service Representative to join them in their Hammersmith office. In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and resolve support enquiries. The client offers an excellent benefits package that includes hybrid working, private healthcare and a generous pension plan. As delivering a gold standard service to high value clients is key, you will also have the option to travel to Germany to meet with clients face to face.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling client queries to provide assistance on the client’s products and services
• Ensuring all client account records are kept up to date
• Deliver training to high value clients
• Participate in events and meet clients face to face in Germany
• Liaise with other departments to ensure that all client issues are resolved according to company policy

About you:

The ideal candidate will be a client oriented individual with excellent German language skills. For this role it is important that you have previous experience in Customer Service, Client Service or Account Management although applications from recent graduate profiles are welcomed too. You will be part of a friendly, multilingual team who strives to deliver high standard client support and the company provides excellent training and provides opportunities for career progression.

Profile:

• Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in a customer service, client service or account managemeng environment is desired
• Strong team player with the ability to provide good direction
• Able to travel to Hammersmith 3 days per week
