German speaking Client Management Specialist

Following successful expansion in their European client base; my client, a global investment firm is looking for a client-focused German-speaking Client Management Specialist to join the firm’s EMEA client advisory team which is at the heart of their vibrant central London office.

This is an entry level position which reports directly into the Head of the EMEA which will see you provide high quality account management services to its services to German speaking clients whilst also providing additional support to the firms senior Client Managers. As a German speaking Client Management Specialist you will be responsible for the overall management of appropriate account acquisitions and subsequent portfolio management within the company. To succeed in this position, it is essential that you can demonstrate effective, problem solving skills whilst also having great attention to detail coupled with clear, confident and effective communication skills and the ability to build and maintain productive and positive relationships with key clients and other colleagues within the business.

The ideal candidate must be highly organised with a keen interest and knowledge in capital markets especially within fixed income looking to take the next step in their career within financial services. Profile

  • Required to be fluent in German to a native level and English
  • Previous experience within an Account Manager, Account Executive Junior Client Management and Client Services.
  • Great attention to detail, process driven
  • A team player, results driven and target orientated
  • Sound knowledge of the capital markets sector, especially in fixed income.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft 360
  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent with studies relating to international business or financial services
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills; with the ability to speak with C-level executives effectively and confidently.
  • Enthusiasm, confidence, ambition to enjoy being part of a successful team
  • Ambitious and willing to grow within an amazing team
